As is known, due to the fact that the ownership of the partnership shares and investment fund participation units were transferred to the Investor Compensation Center because they were not registered within the specified period, the Investor Compensation Center makes refunds/payments to the rightful owners in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to be Made by the Investor Compensation Center to Investors Upon the Partial Repeal of the Fourth Paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Market Law No. 6362" (Regulation) dated 07.09.2016.

The deadline for rightful owners to apply to the Investor Compensation Center with the necessary documents within the scope of the Regulation is September 6, 2026.
